Thermal Fuses
The products, thermal fuses, are made use of advanced crafts and
technology of Japan. The products have obtained Japan PSE
authentication and China CCC authentication. Low resistance, Low
central temperature, Tolerance:-2 +2,Tolerant voltage: above
1500,Rated current and voltage: 10/15A 250V, Functioning
temp:70-360C (above 240C having applied for the national patent),
featured appearance.
Transmission of heat to the thermal pellet due to the rise in the
ambit dangerous(opening temperature),causes melting/liquefaction of
the thermal pellet, cutting off and opening the contact of Lead
Wire A and Electrode by means of extending Spring-S type and
pushing electrode away.
The thermal cutoffs(JPE series) are widely used for security to
prevent damage of devices by over-heating. Thermal Fuses are used
for as follows:
